Description
This is a very small chameleon from the family Chamaeleonidae found in Madagascar only reaching the size of a small anole. It is characterized by a soft dermal, distally rounded, typically brown rostral appendage. This chameleon likes temperatures in the mid seventies. Boettgeri do very well in planted terrariums and in small cages. They need a good spray of water/mist once a day and feed on a variety of small insects. These are small, peaceful and beautiful little pets.
We can do our best to guess the sex, but at this size the few we are letting go are not sexable for certain.
